Allan was a great coach to our daughter Katie and was always so supportive and encouraging. When Joe organised his Canoe taster day Allan offered his support without hesitation. We had a great day (helped by the sun) with lots of laughter watching people balance and race up and down the river in Canadian canoes. Allan will be really missed at the club. My heart goes out to his daughters and Grandchildren who he loved so dearly and spoke of with such pride x
